Responsibilities:

Perform basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixture installation

Requirements:
Handyman, maintenance, or related trade experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
